Gift Certificates
Not sure what to give? You can purchase Gift Certificates online or by calling our main number 215.497.9057. Gift Certificates come in increments of $25.00, $50.00, $75.00, $100.00 and up.

Bridal & Baby Registry
Lavender Rose makes registering for that special occasion so exciting by offering choices beyond our china and tabletop pieces. In addition to china and glassware, couples can enjoy selecting items to add a personal touch to their home. Home furnishings, lamps, wall décor and hand made accessory pieces can add a unique twist to your registry. Oh! Let’s not forget a beautiful handmade Wedding album! It’s an exciting time in your life, why not carry it through into your registry?

How To Register
Stop in the store or give us a call and we will help you with your selections. If you can’t make it during store hours we will gladly set up an appointment for you. After you have made your selections, we keep the registry in the store for locals as well as have it up on the website for easy online shopping. You will also receive registry cards to place in your shower invitations, special discounts off of registry items, our beautiful complimentary gift wrap and great personal service.

Payments
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. We accept checks. However, the check must be cleared before your order is shipped out. All returned checks are subject to a $30.00 returned check fee.

Gift Wrap
We offer beautiful complimentary gift wrap. Please let us know if you would like us to wrap your item for a gift by telling us in the Comments section during checkout. All gifts are wrapped in a white box with lavender ribbon. All baby items are wrapped in a white box with pink and blue ribbon. Please let us know if you would like something written on the card.

Shipping + Handling
All in stock items will ship out approximately 2-5 business days after receipt of your order. Items not in stock and special order items may take 3-6 weeks for delivery. Shipping times include Monday through Friday. Shipping times exclude holidays and weekends. Standard shipping rates are listed below. Shipments will be sent out via U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Additional fees may apply. Please call 215.497.9057 if you have a question.

At this time we can only ship within the Continental U.S. Please call for prices to Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time we cannot ship to a PO Box.

Returns
Lavender Rose will be happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit if you are not happy with your item. Please note: monogrammed and personalized items are not returnable. All return items must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging. All store credits expire one year from date given. Please call us at 215.497.9057 for assistance with your return. All returns require a return authorization number. All returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days of original purchase.

Damages
Lavender Rose wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged piece please call us immediately at 215.497.9057 for a return authorization number. We will gladly assist you in replacing the damaged item. All damaged pieces must be reported within 2 days of receipt of your item/gift.

Special Orders
Lavender Rose is happy to help you with any special orders you may need including large quantity orders. Please call 215.497.9057 for large quantity orders. We will contact you after placement of the order with an approximate ship date. Most special orders arrive in 3-6 weeks. Some tabletop/china lines may take longer.
